We are pleased to announce that Charon Pierson is the new Editor for Nurse Author & Editor from 1st October 2007. Charon is an experienced editor and currently edits the Journal of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. We welcome Charon to this role and would like to thank Christine Webb for all her hard work and contribution to Nurse Author & Editor.
Nurse Author & Editor is an international publication dedicated to nurse authors, editors and reviewers. It was first published in 1991 as a print publication but it is now published by Blackwell Publishing as a free quarterly online publication at www.NurseAuthorEditor.com.
Each issue consists of articles offering advice on writing quality manuscripts, avoiding rejection, finding publishing opportunities, editing and reviewing. Each issue also has a section containing short articles to update readers on new developments in nursing journals and journal publishing.
As well as each issue of Nurse Author & Editor, www.NurseAuthorEditor.com offers other resources such as the Nursing Journals Directory. We also have pages dedicated to reviewers, authors and editors.
